TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
FTE: 1.0
4 day week.
Health plan options through OEBB - District contribution toward medical insurance.
Rural school district with small class sizes.
Annual tuition reimbursement up to 9 units at standard average rate on prior approved courses.
Coach opportunities available.

STARTING DATE: August, 2017 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure through TSPC as a School Counselor. Master’s degree in Counseling preferred.
Experience in general counseling, career education, small and large group counseling and class scheduling desirable.
Knowledge of current trends in school counseling and current counseling techniques. Ability to communicate
effectively. Ability to assist students with their school program and school-related decisions.
Ability to administer standardized tests and to interpret standardized test results.

SALARY:
Based on previous experience and placement on the collective bargaining agreement salary schedule.
Loan forgiveness opportunities available.
