Location: Portland area, OR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 15 - 20 hours per week.
Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the Agreements Team with various functions including sales operations, analysis, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in getting involved in all aspects of Sales and operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with Marketing administrative projects.
- Gains knowledge in regards to specific functions of Salesforce to assist the sales team.
- Performs data cleanup and data integrity maintenance on an as needed basis.
- Shares insights and recommendations with the team, by staying on top of market trends and changes in the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Currently working on obtaining a bachelor's degree, with a declared major related to Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Current college Sophomores and Juniors are highly preferred.
- Experience (work or area of study) with business intelligence and analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
