Accounting Intern

Are you currently enrolled in a certified graduate or undergraduate program? Are you looking for that perfect internship opportunity? The Meadow’s Accounting Department is seeking an intern to assist the team with converting from FRX System to Sage. The scope of the work involves converting and creating reports in Sage accounting software.

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Currently enrolled as a student in a certified undergraduate or graduate program
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Applications
• General understanding of basic accounting and financial statements
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, technologically savvy
• Successfully completed Introduction to Accounting and Finances course with a grade B or higher
• Must be a self–starter with the ability to work independently, learning and researching software on your own

 This is a paid internship position, requiring 8-12 hours per week through May. Work can be on completed on weekends. The Accounting Intern qualifies for employees privileges including a limited-time lift access pass.

Additional application requirements: Letter of recommendation from a professor, preferably in Accounting or similar fields of study.
