Skills Trainers for Children, Adolescents, and Adults

compensation: Compensation is percentage based
employment type: contract 

Wolf Pack Consulting and Therapeutic Services, LLC, is a collaborative mental health agency. We provide and are OHA certified to do mental health and dual diagnosis outpatient treatment for children and families. Our mission is healing through innovation and tradition. We provide multicultural services throughout the Portland regional area. Our staff is comprised of Therapists, Skill Builders, Behavior Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, and Naturopathic Doctors. We pride ourselves in truly meeting families where they are at, finding highly individualized approaches, working with families across multiple systems, and specializing in working with families with multiple cultural identities. Our team also has particular focus and experience in working with relation to attachment and trauma issues.

Requirements
What you will need to join the Pack:
  • Reliable transportation with verifiable vehicle insurance
  • Basic personal computer or regular computer to access electronic system, email, etc
  • QMHA (Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field; or a combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, training or experience; or be a qualified Mental Health Intern) OR
  • Peer Support Specialist, Certified Recovery Mentor, Peer Wellness Specialist, or other Peer Certification
  • Must be willing to work as a part of a team
  • Experience and understanding in cultures outside of your own
  • Strong self-management skills to also work independently
  • Must be able to pass background check to meet OHA requirements to work with vulnerable populations
  • Seeking skill builders to work with children and adolescents as well as adult and parenting skill builders 

Preference given to candidates who:
  • Are willing to travel to various locations among Multnomah County, Clackamas County, and Washington County
  • Have flexible availability such as after school & weekend times that are highly sought after
  • Have experience in dual diagnosis
  • Bilingual is always helpful! (Spanish or other)
